JODI MULVEY PT, DPT, OCS
President
A highly experienced physical therapist passionate about rehabilitation and injury prevention, Jodi Mulvey brings over 25 years of experience to JEM Physical Therapy. After graduating with honors with her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from UMDNJ in 1992, she went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy with Highest Honors in 2007. In addition, Jodi was certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2007 by the American Board of Clinical Specialities.
Motivated by her strong interest and clinical research in injury prevention, she became a certified Sportsmetrics Trainer (the leading, scientifically proven ACL prevention program) in 2009. She ran a successful orthopedic physical therapy practice in Randolph, NJ for 16 years, and during that time developed an ACL injury prevention program utilized by many individuals and local sports teams. She practiced private home care therapy for several years prior to opening JEM Physical Therapy.
Jodi has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and specializes in training athletes, including speed training and running mechanics, as well as injury prevention. A teacher, mentor and strong believer in giving back to the community, Jodi is also an adjunct professor at Rutgers University Physical Therapy Doctorate program and a volunteer varsity soccer coach. An active athlete herself, Jodi understands what athletes need in order to perform at their optimal level and keep injuries at bay. CATHERINE "KITT" KELLY PT, MSPT
JEM Clinical Director
Catherine “Kitt” Kelly brings 15 years of dedicated outpatient orthopedic expertise to the JEM Physical Therapy team. While she officially joined JEM in July 2025, she is a deeply familiar face to the staff. Kitt and Jodi share a rich history spanning over 25 years, having previously worked side-by-side for over 10 years. Kitt’s journey in physical therapy began at Utica University, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Immediately after graduation, she teamed up with Jodi at her previous clinic in Randolph. There, Kitt established her reputation for versatile care by running the Aquatics Program, rehabilitating patients in the warm water pool at the local YMCA alongside her land-based treatments. It was also during her time at the Randolph facility that Kitt became a certified SportsMetrics instructor, utilizing this scientifically proven method to help athletes—particularly females—protect their knee joints and prevent ACL injuries.

Kitt's Care Philosophy
Kitt has a genuine passion for helping people move better. She doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, she masterfully balances hands-on manual therapy with functional movement and strength training to help patients crush their personal goals. She loves the outpatient setting because it allows her to work with an incredibly diverse range of patients and conditions. Kitt is also a passionate educator who has spent much of her career mentoring and inspiring the next generation of physical therapy students.

Outside the Clinic:
When she isn’t helping patients get back on their feet, Kitt loves to embrace the outdoors, swim, and channel her energy into various creative pursuits.
